C25K week 2 … done .. really it is …

The hottest June for decades and there I am out pounding the pavements and paths of Draycott. But I did it, learning a few things… I am faster in the evening than in the morning. And I got hot enough to boil the electronics in Jules’s Fenix 2 !

Unbelievable but true, possibly the best and fastest run I have done was lost , along with the rest of 2017 stats for Jules, thanks to an electronic gremlin 🙁 But I did see a very sub nine minute kilometer pace on the screen and possibly a new PR for the canal path segment… Week 3 starts very soon. Lets see what that brings…
