C25K Week 3 Run 1
Ok this is a bit of boasting… but look at the timings – my first official sub nine minute average for a run ! This is a major achievement for me and makes me feel I am making progress. The first week of “proper” running made me feel like hell… two sections of three minutes, but I did complete them and despite feeling that I was slowing I managed to keep my cadence up to 150 spm , which is also a major achievement for me – mentally and physically I feel I can do this now!
