Too soon?
C25K … rip it up and start again… New shoes, socks, shorts and shirt and even a proper running jacket. Reset the app set a new schedule, turned on the Forerunner and started off.
5 minutes brisk walk to start… 2 minutes in and I had to turn back and go limping home again… feck!
Sat here with ice pack on the knee and not a happy bunny… give it another week…
